Cancellation of order
Cancellation of order will not be accepted once order has been processed. Please ensure that you are happy with your order before you purchase.
Placing an order
All goods are to only be used by fully qualified and trained nail technicians.
There is no minimum order.
All orders will only be processed once full payment has been made.
Please ensure all contact information is correct
Empire have the rights to cancel or refuse an order.
All products must be used for your own use only and are not to be resold.
All payments will be taken in GBP great British pounds only.
All customers are responsible for making sure their details are used correctly and safely.
All payments are taken over a secure connection to ensure nobody else can view your details.
If payment has been received but an item is out of stock then we will send that particular item out as soon as it becomes available.
If you are not happy with this then a refund can be issued for that item.
Missing or damaged goods
There will be no refunds on damaged goods.
Faulty goods must be returned to us so a full inspection can be made. You must make us aware by email before you return the goods.
Empire do their best to ensure the picture is as close to the colour as possible. However, all colours will be different in person.
Refunds will not be given if the colour is different. Please do your full research into the colours before placing your order.
Trade sales only
All products are to be purchased by trained and certified professionals only.
All complaints must be made by email within 48 hours. A member of Empire will then aim to respond within 7 days.
All documentation and description of product will be given on the website. So please read before placing an order.
